Sarah has helped me to go from running 5kms to training for half marathons. Most recently coaching me to get a sub 2hr and PB time at a half marathon. What I love about working with Sarah is she is always challenging me and inspiring me to be my best, whilst being able to meet me where I'm at. I can't wait to keep working with her!

When I signed up for Edinburgh Half-Marathon, at the time this felt like an unachievable goal but Sarah helped me to believe that I could do it. She made a training schedule for me and helped me understand the fundamentals of marathon training. Sarah is great at cutting away the fluff and breaking things down in a simple way. She has always been happy to field any questions I have, no matter how silly or random they are and her wealth of experience as a runner means she always has a relevant story or anecdote. Now that I have been running for several years it has become one of the most empowering parts of my life. Last year I completed my first full marathon, an achievement which I never would have thought possible a few years ago, and I never would have been able to do this without Sarah’s support and expertise." - Kit Geraghty (Edinburgh, Scotland)
